Filing a claim that contains any materially false or misleading information is an illegal act. If you or your covered dependents file a fraudulent claim knowingly and with intent to defraud or deceive McLaren Health Advantage, you will be required to make restitution. You may also be subject to the following:
- Termination of employment;
- Loss of medical insurance benefits;
- Benefits claim denial; and
- Any other penalties provided by law
