McLaren Health Plan (MHP)’s Commercial‐HMO/POS Combined product has earned accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). NCQA accreditation evaluates how well a health plan manages all parts of its delivery system – physicians, hospitals, other providers and administrative services – in order to continuously improve the quality of care and services provided to its members.
“To be positively recognized for the Commercial‐HMO/POS Combined product speaks volumes about the growth and advancement of the health plan,” said McLaren Health Plan president and CEO Kathy Kendall. “It is a testament to the hard work of the MHP staff and the steps being taken to maintain a thriving and successful business for our members.”
