DescriptionOne-on-one guidance to address health and behavioral changes to improve health. The certified health coach utilizes goal setting, identifies obstacles, and discusses the use of personal support systems to facilitate a direction of healthier living. Participants gain empowerment and self-reliance to draw on their own innate ability and resources to make lasting changes for better health and well-being.
