Adaptive Golf

Don't let stroke or any disability keep you from swinging a club!

OK, we can all pretend. But there’s no reason not to dust off your clubs and come join the McLaren Adaptive Golf League at Swartz Creek Golf Course, 1902 Hammerberg Road, Flint. You’ll work at your game, side by side with McLaren recreational therapists and volunteers. You’ll polish your balance, range-of-motion, flexibility, and endurance.

Monica Haubenstricker, certified therapeutic recreation specialist and a member of the McLaren Rehabilitation team, coordinates Michigan Adaptive Golf. For details, call (810) 342-4345 or email monica.haubenstricker@mclaren.org.  Click here for the adaptive golf letter.
