At McLaren we feel patients and their family members are an integral part of the Rehabilitation Team. Patients and family members meet formally each week with the Rehabilitation Team members involved in their care in order to discuss any concerns and keep on course with discharge plans. We feel having patients and families communicating closely with the Rehabilitation Team will enhance the rehabilitation experience.
