Our goal is to help provide international travelers with a safe, healthy, and fun travel experience by providing preventative vaccines as well as health counseling to persons traveling outside of the United States.
The Travel Clinic receives up-to-date information on the different health hazards in more than 200 countries, which means a vaccine schedule can be developed that is specific for the country you will be traveling. The MCGH Travel Clinic can help you with all of your travel health requirements.
The clinic provides information, immunization and consultation for international travelers for all adults over the age of 18. Special consultations may be available for children and young adults under the age of 18.
The MCGH Travel Clinic offers vaccines and medication to protect against diseases such as:
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Japanese Encephalitis
- Measles, Mumps and Rubella
- Traveler's Diarrhea
The MCRMC Travel Clinic is authorized to offer the Yellow Fever vaccine.
Who is this for?
Anyone traveling for pleasure, on business, or study abroad should have immunizations to protect against disease in the region they will be visiting.
Call the Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center Travel Clinic to make your appointment well in advance of you expected date of travel (generally six months is recommended). Vaccines need time to protect you!
