Medication Therapy Management

McLaren Pharmacy Services has created the Medication Therapy Management program to assist patients in getting the most benefit from their medications while controlling cost. Our pharmacists and certified technicians coordinate medication needs with a patient's physician or personal home care coordinator. We make every effort to streamline medication therapy for every patient's unique medical history.

Pre-sorted Medications:

Medications are pre-packaged according to the patient's unique daily schedule. There is no need to spend time counting and sorting medications into pill boxes. We do the work so patients can rest assured the dosing is always correct.

  • No need to run to the store for over the counter medications - we provide patients with a list of commonly used products that are competitively priced and can be delivered to your home and added to their regular monthly bill.
