Most recently, Dr. Pinelli served as the Medical Director of Quality and Compliance for the McLaren Medical Group. As a board-certified specialist in internal medicine, Dr. Pinelli also was employed by the McLaren Medical Group in a group practice in Ortonville. He has been a member of the medical staff at McLaren Oakland since 1998.
At McLaren Oakland, he served on numerous committees and in leadership roles, including Professional Staff President, Department of Medicine Chairman and Section of Internal Medicine Chief. He also was a clinical instructor at McLaren Oakland in ambulatory internal medicine.
Dr. Pinelli received his medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at McLaren Oakland. He also completed a fellowship in faculty development at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine Consortium for Osteopathic Graduate Medical Education and Training.
Dr. Pinelli currently resides in Clarkston with his wife Michele and three daughters.
