Do you suffer from chronic pain? You may not know this, but stretching and practicing yoga can be very beneficial for those who currently suffer, and to prevent future chronic pain. And, everyone knows that exercise can be some of the best medicine!

Join us for a chronic pain talk with Jonathan Scholl, MD from IRMC's Center for Spine & Pain Management and learn yoga techniques from a certified yoga instructor. No experience required!

Yoga class is free. Socks/barefoot preferred. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not, simply bring a blanket.

PLEASE NOTE: The IRMC Healing Garden is located behind the Medical Arts Building/IRMC Cancer Building. Plenty of free parking.

If weather does not permit, we will move the event inside the hospital. Keep an eye on your email (once you RSVP) for backup location.
