Smoke Free for Life: Tobacco Cessation Program

Have you attempted to quit smoking only to fail and begin again? You are not alone. Quitting smoking is not easy, but it can be done. The "Smoke Free for Life" program provided by IRMC's Lung Nodule Clinic is for adults interested in quitting. The program consists of 8 weekly sessions, beginning on Wednesday, November 2.

Participants will explore every aspect of their tobacco and nicotine use, including the habit and addiction, a comparison of quit methods, developing a quit plan, the “New You Renovation” which addresses stress control, fitness and good nutrition, and staying quit.
