One of the best things you can do for your heart is live an active lifestyle. You may be stuck in quarantine, but that doesn't mean you can’t keep moving in your own home.

Join Dr. LaToya Linton-Frazier to learn about preventative measures for heart disease. She will host a beginner "Pop Pilates" class to get our hearts moving! The beginner Pilates class will include 15-20 minutes of low impact exercise (stretching and core). You don't need anything besides water, yoga mat (or carpet), and breathable clothing.
