Childbirth preparation (virtual class)
This three-part series is designed to prepare you for giving birth. The emphasis is on stages of labor, including the epidural and pain management and the birth process. In addition, the class addresses the importance of emotional support during labor and helps ease anxiety surrounding the birthing experience. Offered the first three consecutive Tuesdays each month, 6 to 9 p.m. Register today.

Newborn basics (virtual class)
This workshop focuses on the newborn: safety, hygiene, comforting your baby, and when to call the doctor. Fourth Tuesday of each month, 6 to 9 p.m. Caregivers welcome. Register today.
Breastfeeding workshop (virtual class)
This workshop is designed to provide practical instruction about the how-tos of breastfeeding, as well as information about breastfeeding's benefits. Participants will learn troubleshooting tips and have questions answered before the baby arrives. First Saturday of each month, 9 a.m. to noon. Support persons welcome. Find a class today.
