In an effort to assist homebound individuals in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, the PA Department of Health and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have designated Aging Services Inc. to serve as the coordinating agency for gathering the names and contact information for anyone homebound who still need the COVID-19 vaccine.

Regardless of age, anyone homebound is recommended to call Aging Services Inc. at 724.349.4500 to schedule a vaccine appointment.
