Emily Sherry is a physician assistant who is originally from Oil City, PA. She received her Master of Physician Assistant Science degree from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA.

Prior to working at Indiana Regional Medical Center, Emily gained experience working in brain and spine neurosurgery. Additionally, Emily has trained in Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support from the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center and Johns Hopkins Burn Unit in Baltimore, MD. She served in the United States Air Force and was deployed to Balad AB Iraq, with a high focus on acute treatment of trauma patients.

Emily has over fifteen years of experience in the operating room. She currently assists in a variety of surgical specialties, which include; General, Robotics, Orthopedics, Vascular, OB/Gyn, Urologic, and ENT surgeries.

Emily holds professional memberships with the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants (PSPA), the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA),and the American Association of Surgical Physician Assistants (AASPA).

Outside of her professional work, Emily enjoys golfing and gardening in the spring and summertime.
