Dr. Sharbaugh is a board-certified internist who was born and raised in Indiana, PA. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the first graduating class at Robert E. Cook Honors college at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He then received his Medical Degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA.
Following his formal education, Dr. Sharbaugh completed an internship at Garden City Hospital in Garden City, MI. He then gained four years of surgical residency experience before completing an internal medicine residency at Garden City Hospital.
Dr. Sharbaugh has lived and worked in the Indiana community for many years. He specializes in preventative medicine and Diabetes.
Accordingly, Dr. Sharbaugh holds professional memberships with the American College of Osteopathic Internists and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association. He is also the Director of Infusion Therapy and member of the Medical Advisory Committee at Indiana Regional Medical Center.
In his spare time, Dr. Sharbaugh enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
