Our primary care services
Our team provides a full range of primary care services, including:
Checkups and physical exams. These include wellness exams (annual checkups), sports physicals and driver's permit physicals.
Wellness exams. Regular checkups and recommended screenings help you stay healthy. They help your provider catch any new risks to your health early, when they're often easier to manage.
Testing. We perform a variety of tests you or your family may need. Select locations offer rapid flu and strep throat tests, A1C blood sugar tests, urinalysis, electrocardiogram and in-office lab and x-ray services.
Sick-care visits. We'll see you or your child for minor illnesses, such as sore throats and coughs.
Chronic disease care. We watch for and treat many chronic diseases, such as asthma, diabetes and heart disease.
Routine vaccinations for children and adults. Keeping up-to-date helps prevent many serious illnesses.
Referrals to other care. Our primary providers serve as your primary contact to the hospital. They can refer you to other specialists, if needed.
