Personal background: I'm a mom, competitive distance runner and lover of all things health and fitness! My career in the medical fitness field began in 2004 after graduating with my Master of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Since then I have worked with a variety of populations in Florida and California and eventually made my way back to Pennsylvania in 2012. I have since been a part of the Indiana Regional Medical Center family as an exercise physiologist at the S&T Wellness Center. I love to educate and teach old and new members of the benefits of exercise and get them going on a safe and effective program based on their needs and abilities. I also have developed our Wellness Center running program that consists of a structured training plan as well as one personal training day per week.
