S&T Wellness Center

For the safety of our patients and staff, we will be closed until further notice. We will communicate as things continue to evolve.

The S&T Wellness Center, 2010 Shelly Drive, Indiana, provides a medically based fitness program in a safe and friendly environment for adults transitioning from rehabilitative therapy or simply looking for a place to start exercising.

The professional staff, trained in exercise prescription, monitors each member to achieve maximum results, based on existing medical conditions. The center specializes in providing exercise for adults with cardiovascular or pulmonary disease, diabetes or any other chronic health conditions. There is a one-time initiation fee and members are billed monthly. Most insurance plans do not provide coverage for exercise.

Membership cost: $40 a month, $25 initiation fee. SilverSneakers and SilverFit accepted. View our flyer.
