Employee Activity Committee

IRMC's Employee Activity Committee (EAC) meets on a monthly basis to plan events, provide team building opportunities, promote volunteerism in the community, and much more. The goal of the committee is to engage employees at work and outside of work. EAC is involved in:

  • Day trips to New York City, Washington, D.C., Broadway shows, and local venues
  • Discounted tickets to Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Penguins games
  • Annual Downtown Indiana "It's a Wonderful Life" Holiday Parade
  • Fundraising Events such as Valentine's Day chocolate sale, flower sale, holiday pie sale, etc.
  • Employee Picnic
  • Paint Parties, Candle Making, and more
  • Volunteer Opportunities
  • Food drives
  • Salvation Army Red Kettle Bell
  • More!

The committee is comprised of front line staff, management, and other various roles throughout the organization. We are constantly seeking feedback and new committee members. To get involved with the EAC, please contact the IRMC Human Resources Department.
