The IRMC Courtesy Shuttle, generously funded by the IRMC Auxiliary fundraising efforts, is designed to make access to IRMC easier for patients and visitors. The shuttle service is offered free of charge and is available from Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 3:20 PM.
Here’s how it works:
- Pick-up: The shuttle will pick patients and visitors up right at their car and provide a ride to the IRMC Main Entrance, making it more convenient for those who may have difficulty walking long distances or navigating the parking lot.
- How to Request a Ride:
- Simply call 724-357-8167 from your car to request the shuttle if the shuttle driver is not visible.
- Alternatively, if you're already inside the hospital, you can ask at the Information Desk, where our volunteers can arrange for the shuttle driver to be patched through to come and pick you up.
This service aims to offer greater comfort and ease for anyone visiting IRMC, ensuring that all patients and guests can get to their appointments or destinations in a timely and stress-free manner.
