Our Cancer Survivorship Initiative launched to meet the ongoing needs of cancer survivors within our region. With survivorship recognized as a distinct and important phase of care, this initiative is designed to provide continued support long after treatment ends, ensuring survivors are not navigating their journey alone.
This initiative supports the well-being of cancer patients throughout all stages of their survivorship journey. From the moment of diagnosis through treatment, recovery, and long-term survivorship, we aim to empower individuals with the tools, knowledge, and community they need to live well. We recognize that survivorship brings a unique set of physical, emotional, and social challenges, and we’re here to address them with compassion and comprehensive care.
