Yes. Our Emergency Department remains open 24/7. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please go to the nearest Emergency Department or call 911.

UrgiCare hours may vary during inclement weather. We recommend calling ahead to confirm.
Can I switch my appointment to a virtual visit?
In some cases, yes. Ask your clinic if a video visit is available.
If I plan to visit a site that is not listed, is it open or closed?
Please contact the specific location if you have not received direct notification that your appointment, class, or procedure is cancelled.
What if I miss my appointment due to weather?
We are happy to reschedule you. Please call your clinic or service location to find the next available date. You will not be penalized for a missed appointment on January 26. If you are calling to reschedule, please be patient as we are experiencing high call volumes.
